Uniform: Students (Bhaiya/Bahin) must be sent to school in full, neat, and clean uniforms.
Nutrition: It is mandatory for students to bring a tiffin with nutritious food.
Commute: Parents are encouraged to motivate students to use bicycles for coming to school.
Mobile Policy: Bringing mobile phones to school is strictly prohibited for students.
Fee Payments: Students are not allowed to handle fee payments. Parents must visit in person to deposit fees.
Leave Policy: On school days, a formal leave application from the parent is required. Failure to do so will result in an absence fine.
Late Fees: School fees must be paid by the 15th of every month without a late fee. A fine of ₹10 is charged from the 16th to the 30th, and ₹30 per month thereafter.
Transport Disclaimer: If using the school's transport facility, parents must make their own arrangements to send students to school in the event of an emergency vehicle breakdown.
Tuition-Free Growth: Parents are advised to discourage dependence on private tuitions to ensure the child's proper and creative intellectual development.
Progress Reviews: During parent-teacher interactions, parents should engage in comprehensive discussions with the teachers (Acharya Parivar) regarding all aspects of the child's activities.
Participation: Parents should attend school programs when invited (or via self-motivation) to encourage and boost the morale of the students.
